FAQ'S:
1. Where is the In-Home Personal Training held? In Your home, office gym, etc. Anywhere that is indoor and allows "outside" personal trainers access without charging a fee.
2. When is In-Home Personal Training available? Monday - Saturday, 5AM - 8PM.
3. Where are the Zumba Fitness Classes held? I bring Zumba to YOU! Bring Zumba to your workplace, private party, school, etc.
4. How do I book a Zumba class at my private party or work? Contact me at nmeconi@customizedpt.com for available times and more information regarding Traveling Zumba.
5. How often should I plan on training? Everyday! At least 2-3 days/week. I insist that each client trains 2-3 days per week and urge the importance of a Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule.

7. Who can participate in the Personal Training? All skill levels are welcome!! I give variations of each exercise to fit each individuals skill level in each class. Women only!
